Add a printer to your Mac

No driver downloads — these all use AirPrint.

  1. Make sure you're on the office Wi‑Fi, with any VPN turned off.
  2. Open Terminal (press ⌘+Space, type "Terminal", hit Return).
  3. Paste the line for the printer you want, and press Return.

Installs every printer above, one after another.

Each one prints a short list of OK lines ending in "ready to use", then appears in any app's Print dialog. Safe to run more than once. If a printer can't be reached, check you're on the office Wi‑Fi with VPN off.
